Hospital management system
OPD to IPD on one low-cost subscription, built for small hospitals
What it does
- OPD tokens, patient queue and doctor screens that work on a phone
- Prescriptions, pharmacy, lab orders and reports in one record
- Billing with GST invoices and daily collection reports
- IPD admissions, bed status and nursing notes for 50-plus bed hospitals
- One shared WhatsApp number for patient booking and queue updates
Why small hospitals do not have software
Hospital software is usually priced for corporate hospitals and takes months to set up. A 30-bed hospital in a taluka town runs on registers and a billing computer.
This system is priced as a small monthly subscription, runs on phones and existing computers, and a hospital can be onboarded in a day: we create the hospital login, the owner adds doctors and staff with their roles, and OPD starts the same afternoon.
Modules
- OPD: tokens, queue display, consultation notes, prescriptions
- Pharmacy: stock, sales against prescriptions, expiry alerts
- Lab: orders, results, report delivery on WhatsApp
- Billing: OPD, IPD and pharmacy bills, GST, daily and monthly reports
- IPD: admission, bed board, nursing notes, discharge summary
- Admin: staff roles, doctor schedules, hospital settings
Patient booking on WhatsApp
Many clinics do not have a Meta business page or WhatsApp Business account. The platform runs one WhatsApp number that every onboarded hospital can use for bookings and queue updates, so patients get a token and a reminder without the clinic setting anything up.
