Devdoot

Book a doctor, get a token, wait at home

What it does

  • Patients pick a doctor and book an OPD token from their phone
  • Live queue position and an estimated time, so nobody waits in a crowded room
  • Clinics manage the queue from one screen, call the next patient, mark no-shows
  • Doctors onboard themselves in minutes with no setup call
  • WhatsApp confirmations and reminders built in-house

A bus-ticket experience for the doctor’s clinic

Booking a bus seat takes a minute on a phone. Seeing a doctor still means arriving early, taking a paper token and waiting for hours. Devdoot brings the first experience to the second.

For patients

Open the link, choose a doctor, pick a slot, get a token. The screen shows the number now being seen and an estimated time. A WhatsApp message arrives when it is nearly your turn.

For doctors and clinics

  • Self-onboarding: name, specialisation, timings, fees, done
  • Queue screen for the receptionist with next, skip and no-show
  • Daily list of patients with phone numbers and visit history
  • No app to install for anyone, works in a browser

Where it is today

Devdoot is in testing with a small group of doctors. The platform is free during this phase, with payments to be added later.
