The dealer’s problem
A dealer who supplies sprinkler sets under the Nanaji Deshmukh Krishi Sanjivani Yojana fills the subsidy forms for the farmer, follows the file through pre-sanction, purchase, inspection and payment, and only gets paid when the subsidy is credited. With a few hundred applications a year, files get stuck and nobody knows where.
Anudan Sarathi gives the dealer a portal where each application sits at a clear stage with the documents it needs. The owner sees the whole pipeline. Field workers see only what they collected.
Stages tracked
Application, documents, pre-sanction, purchase, inspection, subsidy credited. Each stage has a date, a responsible person and the paperwork attached.
For farmers
The farmer gets a WhatsApp message in Marathi when the application moves, and can call the dealer with a reference number instead of visiting the shop.
Roles
Owner, supervisor, office, accounts and field worker, each with its own login and its own view of the data.
